VIP (Very Important Policies!):

Dogs must be current on vaccines (DHPP, Rabies, Bordatella (current within 6 months), Fecal/Intestinal Parasites check, AND must complete a successful ORIENTATION DAY (cost- $40).
Cats must be current on vaccines (Leukemia, FVRCP, Feline Rabies).
14 DAY VET WINDOW- Vaccines, medical procedures, allergy shots, going to a groomer at a vet's office, etc- MUST be completed 14 days prior to boarding, daycare, grooming. This is to prevent reactions and/or your pet picking up an illness/respiratory virus from interacting with other sick pets at the vets office. Records must be updated and send to us beforehand info@happycamperspetlodge.com
We require Bordatella (for dogs) to be current within 6 months.
We DO NOT require Lepto or Influenza for daycare, boarding pets at this time.
Group Daycare dogs MUST be SPAYED, NEUTERED.
All boarding, daycare dogs over a year old must be SPAYED, NEUTERED.
$50 deposit for all boarding stays (per pet), forfeit if Cancelled inside 7 days (non holiday)- due at confirmation of reservation. (7 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY)
Major Holidays- 3 night deposit- $150 (per room), forfeit if Cancelled inside 14 days (holiday)- due 1 month in advance. (14 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY- Holidays)
Check out time- 12:00pm- It is usually not a problem to pick up later in the day, however an additional day's charge will be applied to evening pickups. Pets picked up after 12pm Monday-Friday or between 4:00-6:00pm on Sunday will be charged for the day.

TOURS:

We are proud of our facility and how we interact and care for our pet guests! Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, fun experience for pets- in a home like enviroment. We are available to give TOURS Tuesday-Thursday 11am and 2pm- by appointment.

BREEDS:

All breeds are accepted.

We believe there are no bad breeds. The disposition of the pet is what is determined. We DO NOT take pets that are not potty trained, are excessive barkers, need crating, destructive, climbers, are severely anxious, require excessive cleanup, need hospice care, or otherwise are not a good fit for boarding in our facility.

Emergency contacts are required in case your pet needs to be picked up for a medical or behavioral emergency- a local contact that has been notified and is prepared to pick up your pet.

NEW CUSTOMERS:

For 1st time guests, we require the following: New Client application, your pet's vaccine records sent to us, when vet information is finalized and sent- we will call you to set up their ORIENTATION DAY ($40), once your pet successfully completes their ORIENTATION DAY- we will reserve your future dates. Like any hotel reservation, a credit card number will be placed on our secure client software, and a $50 deposit will be made to hold the reservation.

If your pet is NOT up to date on our required vet information and needs something updated- we will NOT set up their ORIENTATION, boarding, daycare, grooming reservation.

We will send an Email confirmation, and Text message to confirm your reservation (with any missing vaccines). Review all reservation confirmations dates/times and inform us by phone of any changes before the 7 or 14 day cancellation period. Deposits will be forfeited if less than 7 or 14 days.
